Tree of Hope is conducting a CCAR Recovery Coach Academy via Zoom on Ocober 19-20, 2024 and October 26-27, 2024.  This training is held online and does not interfere with Holiday and Recovery Month events.  This course is your first step to becoming a Certified Recovery Coach.

A Recovery Coach is someone with lived experience and knowledge in recovery, and training as a Peer, who assists others seeking to initiate or sustain long-term recovery.

This is a 5-day intensive training academy focusing on providing individuals with the skills needed to guide, mentor and support anyone who would like to enter into or sustain long-term recovery from an addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Provided in a retreat like environment, the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy prepares participants by helping them to actively listen, ask really good questions, and discover and manage their own stuff.
