Tree of Hope is now offering Trauma-Informed Guided Meditations every Saturday afternoon starting August the 12th.  All are welcome!  We ask for donations but they are not mandatory.  Debbie O'Connor is well known in our recovery community and will be guiding you on the journey to wellness.
