This course will teach proven techniques used to transform conflicts into amicable solutions. At the conclusion of the training participants will:

• Be able to identify and define different types of conflict.

• Understand the impact that learned behaviors have on conflict.

• Be able to identify how unmet human needs foster conflict.

• Be able to identify the five forms of communication.

• Be able to effectively utilize the fifth form of communication.

• Acquire combined mediation skills to transform external conflicts.

• Be able to quality check transformed conflicts.
