Tree of Hope is organizing the Peer community in cooperation with MPAC for Southern Region of Maryland. The State committee loved the results of our last meeting and used it as an example for other Regions. Good Job!!
It's time to move forward and firm up our commitments for committees. We can also discuss time slots for this monthly meeting. The Southern Region is defined as a collective movement of Peers in support of advocacy, sharing resources and mobilizing recovery support services within in Calvert County, Charles County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and St. Mary's County.
Agenda
We will discuss how we move forward on the issues discussed in our last meeting and form subcommittees. Possible projects:
1. Organizing and defining committees
2. Re-assessing goals
3. Filling positions
