Tree of Hope is now offering Trauma-Informed Guided Meditations every Saturday afternoon starting August the 12th.  All are welcome!  We ask for donations but they are not mandatory.  We hope to see you there!  Debbie O'Connor is well known is our recovery community will be guiding you on the journey to wellness.
