Inhale 1-2-3-4

Exhale 1-2-3-4

Listen to your body and acknowledge how it feels

Allow the tension to leave with every exhalation

You can better hear your Higher Power when you are in this state

For at least 5 minutes still yourself; still your mind


Get through the day -- Clean
